Nathalie co-founded TPDH after being the VP of People at Coinbase as it scaled from 10 to >1000 employees. Nathalie is passionate about supporting and unlocking leaders as they realize that building a company is as much about their own growth as it is about the organization. Nathalie splits her time between California and Paris, and is rarely far from a good croissant.

Anabel co-founded TPDH after leading People at Opendoor, scaling it from 30 to 600 employees. Anabel is a People Ops-obsessive and a Co-Founder of the pre-seed fund 43. She loves electric bike riding with with her husband and two boys in San Francisco, and spending weekends hiking and eating oysters near their cabin on Sonoma coast.

Alex joined in 2021 and has worked with >20 partners, mainly in Web3. Before, she was a People Lead at Monzo, scaling the company through international growth. With a background in teaching, she thrives on solving the kind of unique challenges tech-founder-led startups often have. Based in Zürich, she hikes, is learning to ski, and always has the best TV recommendations.
